Reason for sale
Elevation, density altitude and field surface are too rough.  4CO2 is 5500msl and for the busiest months of the year we operate at density altitudes of 8500ft and higher, thus. take off and touch down speeds are 25% higher than lower elevations.  We also winch launch.  The clumpy grass, prairie dog mounds, cactus and other bumps have resulted in a high level of maintenance and excessive down time awaiting and effecting repairs; including rubber tail wheel suspension mounts, tail wheel frame, horizontal mounting fork, and strut repairs and replacement.  Main tire was foamed after 4-5 flats resulting from heat (due to higher landing speed when combined with solo or check ride preps, that rapid succession of pattern tows and simulated rope breaks with downwind landings) Our paved runway is not normally available for landing thus rougher gravel and grass area is normally used.  Rather than continue this course, the decision was taken to sell the glider while it was still in an excellent condition.

Transportation
Delivery may be arranged independently after sale of glider.
